BILL OF LADING AGREEMENT

BILL OF LADING - FREIGHT BILL AGREEMENT -The undersigned shipper does hereby give authority to Blue Goose Trucking Co. to ACCEPT or REJECT the above described goods with the right of INSPECTION included, and to transport and deliver said goods to the shipper's destination, subject to classifications and tariffs in effect on the date of the issue of this Bill of Lading. It is mutually agreed that the transportation services hereunder are subject to all terms and conditions on Form 1 "UNIFORM MOTOR CARRIER STRAIGHT BILL OF LADING" as pescribed by the PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF OREGON in PART 1, RULE 3, of the RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO KEEPING RECORDS AND MAINTAINING ACCOUNTS.

We Will:

-Deliver and drop off product at your preferred entrance
-Provide a lift gate equipped vehicle as required
-Include 1  delivery driver
-inspect for damages  
(You will receive a 2 hour delivery window plus a 1/2 hour courtesy call)



*Must fit in a pickup truck and each item must weigh less than 150 lbs.
*Portland metro areas only. 30 miles maximum travel distance, other area extra.

  • 2. Item requested for haul away limited to similar product type
  • 3. Commercial grade appliances requires special handling and additional man power, extra fees will apply.
  • 4. Haul away items must be disconnect by the customer prior to removal
  • 5. Item for haul away must be ready for pick up at the time of delivery.

These guys laid a big goose egg with our delivery January 29, 2012
Reviewer: The Hawkins from Vancouver WA  
but they took our money.  They were 2 hours late.  they whined the whole time they took out old frig and brought in new frig.  didn't hook anything up.  took our old frig to our daughter's, scared her because the delivery guys were gruff, they were supposed to take her old refrigerator away but left at her house.  My husband is livid.  When will companies realize they need to train their employees if they expect for return business.  They will never set foot in my house again!
